Download the file from above link and extract it.
Copy the extracted file in the required SDS2 version. (../SDS2_20XX/plugins/Distributed/BV)
Close all SDS2 windows (if opened) and open new modeling window.
Go to the beam face where cut needs to be provided.
Select "CutLayout" from the component add window.
Provide the required cut layout to cut the beam
